Craig’s the founder of The Trackster, a really nice web application for personal trainers who want to be more professional, save more time and make more money. Here’s what he had to say:

My New Years Resolution for 2012 is to do a micro-consult with Bob at some point when I’m not overloaded and can absorb what he has to offer.
Last year, I shot an email off to Bob with a really quick question, asking him to point me at some resources if he knew of any about selling a uISV, or deciding to keep it. His brief reply was generously sprinkled with advice and suggestions. Based on that interaction, I figured that a micro-consult would be immensely helpful the way that Craig described it above.
It left me with a feeling that I really need to do a micro-consult at some point when I’m able to be fully attentive and act on his suggestions. I’m not in that position right now.
I’m sure it would be analogous to trying to drink from a fire hose. 😉 But I’m looking forward to doing it.
