We already use Subversion for version control and Trac for bug tracking, but it seems that we will start using Trac as decision log too! I really like the idea for decisions log, because from time to time the customers want you to change something, you say "well, why not" and when the version is out, other customers start complaining for the change. Than you realize why you decided to make this feature work the way it was :) Good post!
